HEART (Home Educators Applying Righteous Truth) - HEART was formed to provide information and support to homeschooling families. HEART is here to encourage and support the raising of a mighty Christ-like generation of a wise and Godly people. Group activities include such things as monthly meetings, field trips, park days, other activities that involve the whole family, including a web site. "You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up." - Deuteronomy 6:7 Dues are $10.00 per year. CHAT - (Christian Homeschool Association of/for Teens) - an area wide, member run group which offers many different activities for area homeschool teenagers. Whether you would like social activities, ballroom dance classes, courtship discussions, game nights, or free Civic Theater tickets they have a lot to offer for a homeschool teen. TEAM Southwest (Together, Educating And Mentoring) -is a group of home schooling families whose purpose is to provide mutual fellowship, support and education to other home schooling families in the area of Fort Wayne, Indiana. We offer monthly gatherings, field trips, Mom's Night Out and Fellowship, free gym time at area churches, and a children's playgroup. NICHE - (formerly TORCH) a group of Roman Catholic homeschooling moms trying to serve God, our families, and other homeschoolers in Fort Wayne, IN and surrounding areas. Membership includes : A bi-yearly newsletter of events & activities, a members-only website, a photo directory of members, field trips, Mom's Nights Out, potlucks, Book It! Nights when children can recite a poem, or read a book report, Springtime Curriculum Share and multiple spiritual, service, social, field trip & other activity opportunities. Attendance at activities is open to all persons, single or married, regardless of religious affiliation, whether homeschooling or non-homeschooling. State and National
IAHE (Indiana Association of Home Educators) Our primary functions are maintaining visibility as home educators with civil government leaders, influencing the legislative process, and sponsoring seminars for parent education. We also publish a free bimonthly magazine, The IAHE Informer. Our statewide annual convention serves to encourage those who have been home schooling for a number of years and those who are just getting started.
IFHS Indiana Foundation for Home Schooling Indiana Foundation for Home Schooling serves homeschoolers in Indiana by providing opportunities and resources that inspire learning and enable students to achieve their potential. The IFHS website has great resources for new and veteran home educators, and offers an on-line link for the purchase of curriculum which can be reviewed by grade, subject, and company. The IFHS encourages and promotes the formation of local National Honor Society home school chapters and sponsors an annual statewide Graduation ceremony in June and scholarships.
CHEO (Christian Home Educators of Ohio) Serves the home school families of Ohio and provides them with the tools to succeed.
HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Fund) - A nonprofit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms. Through annual memberships, HSLDA is tens of thousands of families united in service together, providing a strong voice when and where needed.
Home School Foundation - The Foundation’s mission is to provide assistance to homeschooling families in need, preserve parental freedoms, promote homeschooling, and support like-minded organizations.
NATHHAN - (NATional cHallenged Homeschoolers Associated Network) - Equipping parents to raise their children with special needs or disabilities confidently.

NHERI (National Home Education Research Institute) - The mission of NHERI is threefold: 1. Produce high-quality research on home-based education. 2. Serve as a clearinghouse of research for homeschoolers, researchers, and policy makers. 3. Educate the public concerning the findings of all research on home education.

NHEN - (National Home Education Network) - Exists to encourage and facilitate the vital grassroots work of state and local homeschooling organizations and individuals by providing information, fostering networking and promoting public relations on a national level.
AAHN - (African American Homeschoolers Network) - Established for families seeking educational resources. We provide information on the following: educational materials, assistance in finding home school support groups, cultural activities. We offer a quarterly newsletter, annual directory, conferences and workshops, networking events, youth activities, and vendor discounts. Membership is FREE!
Homeschool Internet Yellow Pages - A source for homeschool products and services - as well as companies owned and operated by homeschoolers. You will find all contact information available about the companies and a description of their products and services.
